Start-up, Psiber Data Systems had an innovative technical approach for diagnosing computer network problems, non-intrusively. The business plan recognized that to compete with established companies in the market, the product not only had to be functionally unique, but also had to have the ultra high-tech look and feel of breakthrough computer products and meet aggressive manufacturing cost goals.

ROGOV provided complete industrial design, including engineering drawings, models, functional prototypes, product brochures and corporate logo. In the first month of release the product received a major industry "Product of the Year" award and was a Hot Product featured in DataCom Magazine. This created distributor demand and generated purchase orders from around the world.
