Toxicity Analyzer

Microbics Corporation engaged ROGOV to identify and communicate opportunities in redesigning their toxicity analyzer. ROGOV provided a total R&D service--starting with market analysis and operating skill requirements; and proceeding through industrial design, value engineering and manufacturing. Product concepts were generated; models and prototypes were built; engineering & manufacturing documentation was produced and Q.C. & assembly manuals were completed. ROGOV guided vendors and client through final tooling and into production.

An overall reduction in size, weight, components and manufacturing costs, as well as greater perceived value and ease-of-use has resulted in enthusiastic market acceptance. Even with ever shrinking product lifecycles, 10 years later, the product is still a best seller for the company.
